Angry Samsung Smart Tv Series 5

Hi Guys
My dad has just purchased a samsung smart tv series 5
Model Code UE32EH5300KXXU
He keeps getting the following message everytime he tries to browse the internet "Last session went off due to lack of memory."
He has cleared the history cache off the tv and he has even added a 32GB memory card into the tv and he still received the same message.

Does anyone know if the memory card need to be formatted first?
and can anybody help us understand why the tv keeps saying "last session went off due to lack of memory" error message
i thank you for your time in advance
david

Have a look on you tube about this problem, its to do with the browser not supporting flash so if you try and watch something it will crash with your not enough memory error, samsung need to bring out an update supporting adobe flash, maybe more complaints are needed ???
