Do you know what make/model motor you have?
First check all your connections, at the back of the receiver, at the LNB, and motor, look for a loose connection and even sign of water ingress, in the cable, and connections.
If all these seem fine check if you can move the dish using the motor, if it has any buttons on it.
You can try going into the Spiderbox 7000HD menu, motor settings and see if the limits have been set, accidentally, unlikely but possible.
You could even switch to Diseqc 1.2, if it is currently set to Usals, and try manually moving the dish, using the arrow buttons, on your remote control.

More likely to be a cable fault, or a motor failure.
Do you know the make/model of the motor?
Have you got access to it so that if it does have mnual buttons you can test the motor?
Have you checked the cable connection, at the receiver?

Try remaking the cable connection, ensuring you have sufficient braid touching the F connector, but not touching the copper centre.
You might need to check all connections, including at the motor, and LNB, as well as the motor itself.
Also check the cable for signs of water ingress, as this can cause intermittent problems.
Are you saying it took 20 minutes for the motor to drive the dish to 5E, or you were watching 28.2E then moved the dish to 5E, when it stopped working again?

Do you know if you're using Usals, or Diseqc 1.2, to move the dish?
