Default Combining VM + Sky?

I'm a Virgin Media customer and I plan to stick with them but the HD content seems to be a little on the thin side with VM.

I would like to stick with VM but subscribe to just the HD channels with Sky.

I have all the equipment I currently get VM on my Eurovox and in the other room I have an old Sky box with satellite dish fully operational.

Would it be possible to get the VM Channels + the Sky HD channels on one box

No, you would need a hd box that supports a sky card with twin tuners, one for cable and one for sat, i dont think theres any.

Morning Robbo, just about to go out to do a bit, but can he get just the HD channels from Sly, without subscribing to other channels?

Very best regards Wez

No idea mate, I don't subscribe to Sky, I have cable.

But I suspect not, the details will be on the sky website though.

You would need to buy a tuner that is a "c" i dont know if they will be releasing a "C" for the 8000 as in dreambox 500 C-S.

I think the 8000 is just an s

As for subscriptions there is currently no HD subscription on its own you would need to join a group of "friends" if you get me.
