EV2 Firmware Update Guide

Look at the back of box. Number of scart connections will tell you if its eurovox 1 or 2.

i would reflash the second box but first clearing all channell data

but to be honest you should possibly look into converting the 2 EV2 into eurovox max blue boxes for better support and usability this can be done via jtag and software only downside is that a new remote would be needed to use the converted boxes but in the end there will be more support for the blue box

pm me for details if you want i have did this many times in the past and workd 100%

Generally the only people that convert their EV2s to blues is because their remote is broken - you can't get a replacement for the EV2 but you can for the blue.

From a support point of view there is no guarantee that future releases of blue firmware would work on EV2. In fact - I have not heard of any of the UFL firmwares working on the EV2 - anyone I've come across is stuck with the old (pre-UFL) blue firmware on their EV2s.

Perhaps honcho if you have found a way to do this you would share it with people on the forum

I used to get the same but before you do a powerscan you must do a factory reset which would get rid of the all the mumbo jumbo hope this helps
