Default 250 modem

Right I got a flashed modem off ebay but i have used my own mac address from my 2mg modem. Is this wrong? Also do i have to do anything to stop Virgin from detecting me?

Cheers

well if its a sub modem you should have modded it at all
if its a extra and you use the same mac you will get DC all the time plus your ban leeching will be alot different

so its best to use a new mac

aye its got to be a mac that no one in your gateway is using and needs to be a working mac for your gateway

best way to get macs on a ambit modem is to use "ambitconfig0.971beta"
check the downloads for info on this

the other way is if your brother lives around 1-3miles away to to get him to scan for macs using DCHP ,than you can try the macs he finds

Enjoy
